NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
At GubGub, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any of our products. We believe in the quality of our snacks and are confident that you will love them. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise during which we will be happy to offer a one time replacement of the product.
In the event that you receive a damaged product or encounter any issues with your order, we are committed to making it right. If you experience any of the following problems, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost:
- Damaged Packaging: If your product arrives with damaged packaging that affects the quality or safety of the snack.
- Expired Product: If you receive a product that is past its expiration date.
- Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered or some products are missing in your order.

Quality Issues: If there are any quality issues that make the product unsuitable for consumption.
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Please provide the following information to help us process your request efficiently:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
3. Review Process: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
4. Replacement Shipment: Once your request is approved, we will send out a replacement or missing product promptly. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the it has been shipped.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that we may not be able to process replacement requests in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 04 days after the delivery date
- Issues arising from improper storage or handling after the product has been delivered
- Minor cosmetic damages that do not affect the quality or safety of the product
