Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

3- How are your snacks packed?
Our snacks are packed individually as per the recommended serving size making it convenient to consume and carry.

4- What kind of packaging do you use? What is it made from? 
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our use of premium food-grade packaging, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for our products.

We deliver PAN India.

2- What are your delivery charges? 
Minimum order value has to be ₹750 ensuring convenient and cost-effective delivery options for our valued customers. We charge a nominal delivery fee of ₹100 all prepaid orders and ₹150 on all COD orders. Avail free delivery on orders above ₹2500.

3- When will I receive my order?
Expect your order to arrive within a prompt 3 to 7 days, ensuring swift and reliable delivery straight to your doorstep.

4- Do you ship internationally? 
At the moment, we're focusing on providing exceptional service within our home borders in India. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you globally in the future.

6- Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer COD mode of payment for orders shipped within India. We charge a nominal fee of ₹150 for this service.

Some of our snacks in contain minimal salt content, carefully curated for safe and enjoyable consumption, offering a balanced and flavorful snacking experience.

6- Do your snacks contain any kind of oils?
No.

Yes, as our facility is exposed to nuts, dairy and eggs.

8- Do you offer snacks for children with dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes. All our snacks are gluten-free. Our snacks are sweeteened with honey so they're not vegan.

While berries offer abundant vitamin C and nutrients, the choice of what nourishes your child is ultimately yours to make.

11- How do you sweeten the snacks?
Most of our products are naturally sweet deriving their taste from the ingredients we use. If additional sweetness is required, a little bit of honey or jaggery powder is added.

Yes. We only use natural and real ingredients.

Yes.

14- What age group are your snacks suitable for?
Our products can be enjoyed by children above 18 months of age.

Yes! All our products have been tried and taste tested by kids. Even the fussy ones love them!

18- What is the shelf life of your snacks?
Each product has a different shelf life ranging from 6 to 12 months. Please read descriptions for each product before purchasing.

19- What is the best time to consume your snacks?
All day, everyday!

20- How are the snacks made? 
All GubGub snacks are produced in-house in our own facility and made with real fruit pulp. The melts are made using a freeze-dried technology and the roll ups are made using a dehydration technique. These methods retain the nutritious value of the fruits and ingredients giving you the best of the nourishment and flavours.
